Dan Crowley Surveying was established to be different. As well as providing surveying services on behalf of our clients, we use our knowledge and expertise to help our clients understand the properties they intend to buy and to actively help them in the buying process.
For us, the survey is the start of the process, not the end. Too many property transactions fail because buyers are not given the information and understanding they need to make informed decisions. Too often survey reports are written and sent to buyers with no context, no explanations, and no help. Dan Crowley Surveying is different in that our technical expertise will become your knowledge – through detailed and clear communication, analysis and time. Every report is followed by a pre arranged chat to go through the detail and answer any questions you may have.

Dan has spent over 20 years in the property business, winning numerous awards and helping thousands of clients. His passion for both property and people led him to set up a residential estate agency with his brother Richard in 2001.
His company - Propertyworld - has established itself as one of the leading estate agency chains in London, and a winner of numerous local and national awards. He wanted to extend his knowledge and further his career by qualifying as a surveyor and successfully graduated from the Sava Residential Diploma.
As the principal surveyor at Dan Crowley Surveying, and member of the RICS, Dan aims to bring together his property and technical experience as well as his focus on customer service to offer an unrivalled surveying experience.
